A proven record of success at senior management level in a commercial function, ideally also with general management of business operations or physical sites.
Proven commercial acumen within the FMCG sector.
Experience of full responsibility for a company’s P&L performance is highly desirable.
Experience of operating at Board level and of leading a Director level team within a commercial organisation would also be desirable.
