Job Details

Humankind is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Recovery Coordinator to join our team at HMP Northumberland. As a key member of our integrated service model, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with addiction and mental health issues to achieve sustainable recovery and community integration.

About the Role

As a Recovery Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing holistic and structured recovery care coordination and psychosocial interventions to clients, their families, and carers. You will work closely with colleagues, community organisations, and stakeholders to help individuals maximise their sustainable recovery capital and community opportunities.

You will also be involved in delivering group interventions, liaising with partners, and collaborating with colleagues to ensure effective delivery of recovery care-coordination within our integrated service model.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide holistic and structured recovery care coordination and psychosocial interventions to clients, their families, and carers.
  • Work closely with colleagues, community organisations, and stakeholders to help individuals maximise their sustainable recovery capital and community opportunities.
  • Deliver group interventions and liaise with partners to support client recovery.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure effective delivery of recovery care-coordination within our integrated service model.
