About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Recovery Coordinator to join our team at HMP Northumberland with Humankind Charity.

As a Recovery Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting clients through one-to-one work, care planning, risk assessment, and multi-agency working.

You will also be involved in delivering group interventions and liaising with our partners to support each client's overall health and well-being.

At Humankind, we believe in providing comprehensive training to ensure that our team members have the skills and knowledge necessary to fulfill their roles.

As part of our integrated team, you will collaborate with colleagues, community organizations, and stakeholders across a range of settings to help individuals maximize their sustainable recovery capital and community opportunities.

You will also provide holistic and structured recovery care coordination and psychosocial interventions to clients, their families, and carers.

We are committed to delivering an evidence-based, comprehensive psychosocial program alongside a range of activities that support the 5 Ways to Wellbeing.

Our focus is on ensuring effective delivery of recovery care-coordination within the full integrated service model, with a focus on successful and sustainable exit from treatment.
