Key Responsibilities
• Develop and deliver group interventions to promote individual service user progression from engagement to self-sustained recovery.
• Hold a caseload of clients and provide one-to-one support with care planning and goal setting.
• Engage in training on group work packages and implement these within the service.
• Identify service users suitable for group work and facilitate their participation.
