About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a diverse range of individuals, delivering evidence-based interventions and support to help them achieve their recovery goals. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team, including clinical partners and colleagues, to provide a comprehensive and supportive service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a caseload of service users, delivering person-centred care and support.
  • Co-produce and review recovery and treatment plans with service users.
  • Facilitate and promote individuals' progression from initial engagement to self-sustained recovery.
  • Reduce alcohol/drug-related harm to individuals and the wider community.
  • Work collaboratively with key partners and colleagues to achieve the best health and wellbeing outcomes for individuals.
