At Humankind, we're committed to empowering individuals to overcome addiction and mental health challenges. As a Group Recovery Coordinator, you'll play a vital role in delivering innovative interventions and supporting clients in their journey towards recovery.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and deliver structured recovery groups to promote individual service user progression
• Hold a caseload of clients and provide one-to-one support with care planning
• Engage in training on group work packages and implement them within the service
• Identify suitable service users for group work through proactive use of information systems and informal discussions with colleagues
