Job Summary:

Perrys, a leading car dealership group, is seeking a highly skilled Master Technician to join their team. As a key member of the service department, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing a wide range of vehicles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and repair complex vehicle issues, utilizing advanced technical knowledge and skills.
  • Work on a variety of jobs, from routine maintenance to complex repairs, demonstrating attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
  • Assist senior technicians with challenging repairs and provide training to junior technicians, promoting a culture of knowledge sharing and development.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals, demonstrating strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Requirements:

  • Hold a Master Technician qualification or equivalent, with a strong background in main dealership work.
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of vehicle systems and technologies, with a focus on diagnostics and repair.
  • Possess a full UK driving license and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Be a strong team player, with a positive attitude and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
