Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Digital Transformation Consultant to join our team at Genpact. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving the adoption of e-sign technology and digital workflow processes, including the DocuSign initiative.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive Digital Transformation: Lead the implementation of e-sign technology and digital workflow processes to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
  • E-Signature Expertise: Bring a framework of expertise in e-signature and digital transformation to ensure seamless integration with existing systems.
  • Business Objectives: Deliver business objectives to ensure operational readiness related to e-signing and digital transformation, partnering with businesses and technology units to gather and document business processes and requirements.
  • Process Execution: Ensure all key considerations within each business unit are fully understood and responsible for execution and end-to-end support of digital processes outlined and recommended.
  • Leadership and Support: Provide SME-level leadership as part of the overall Center of Excellence and provide SME-level support to cross-functional teams to identify and resolve problems, identify key risks and issues, and manage/mitigate plans.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Aid in preparing and reviewing standard project/program progress reporting to stakeholders.
  • User Training: Facilitate user training on digital processes and tools.
  • Documentation and Knowledge Management: Keep updated documentation on Jive and Sharepoint.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Education: BE/B Tech/MCA
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience: Prior experience with DocuSign in development or operations/support capacity, relevant professional experience as a software developer/engineer or application/platform developer
  • Technical Skills: Expert in configuration, users, groups, templates, reports, integrations, security, approval process, email templates
  • Soft Skills: Strong communication skills, ability to collaborate effectively across IT and business groups, customer service skills, flexibility to work individually or as part of a team, experience managing multiple projects, innovative problem-solving skills, negotiation and stakeholder management skills, organized and professional approach
  • Desirable Skills: Cloud experience
