Job Description

Genpact, a global professional services and solutions firm, is seeking a highly skilled Senior Digital Transformation Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in driving the adoption of e-sign technology and digital workflow processes.

About the Role

  • Develop and implement e-signature solutions to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document business processes and requirements.
  • Ensure seamless execution and end-to-end support of digital processes.
  • Provide subject matter expertise to identify and resolve problems, and manage mitigation plans.
  • Facilitate user training and maintain updated documentation on Jive and Sharepoint.

Requirements

  • BE/B Tech/MCA degree.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Prior experience with DocuSign in development or operations/support capacity.
  • Relevant professional experience as a software developer/engineer or application/platform developer.
  • Expertise in configuration, security, approval processes, and email templates.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Experience managing multiple projects and excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Good negotiation, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Cloud experience is desirable.
