Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior IT Manager to lead our digital transformation efforts.


The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, including cloud migration experience, and a proven track record of developing and delivering IT strategies that drive business innovation.


As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:


  • Developing and delivering an IT strategy that aligns with our business goals and objectives.
  • Leading and motivating the IT department and wider business to achieve our digital transformation vision.
  • Ensuring the successful provision of all IT services, delivered either internally or externally, as required by the business.
  • Managing and maintaining the infrastructure environment, including physical and virtual systems, in conjunction with in-house resources and 3rd party suppliers.
  • Delivering operational enablement through the management and maintenance of the desktop estate.
  • Managing highlighted security alerts and providing a robust and proactive level of service for all stakeholders.
  • Improving the overall Infrastructure estate by focusing on consolidation, efficiency, and capability enablement.
  • Establishing strong partnerships with key client contacts to devise on-going technical strategy.


The successful candidate will have:

  • Experience managing a large multi-site IT landscape.
  • Proven experience working in a contact centre or BPO environment.
  • Strong technical background including cloud migration.
  • Able to work effectively with board level team.
  • Stakeholder management skills.
