About the Role

Genpact is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Digital Transformation Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving the adoption of e-sign technology and digital workflow processes, including the DocuSign initiative.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive Digital Transformation: Develop and implement a framework of expertise in e-signature and digital transformation to drive business objectives and ensure operational readiness.
  • Partner with Stakeholders: Collaborate with businesses and technology units to gather and document business processes and requirements.
  • Ensure End-to-End Support: Provide SME-level leadership and support to cross-functional teams to identify and resolve problems, manage mitigation plans, and ensure timely escalation to stakeholders.
  • Facilitate User Trainings: Develop and deliver training programs to ensure users are proficient in using e-sign technology and digital workflow processes.
  • Document and Maintain: Keep updated documentation on Jive and Sharepoint to ensure seamless knowledge sharing and collaboration.
Qualifications
  • Education: BE/B Tech/MCA degree
  • Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, prior experience with DocuSign in development or operations/support capacity, relevant professional experience as a software developer/engineer or application/platform developer.
  • Desirable Skills: Expertise in configuration, strong communication skills, good customer service skills, flexibility to work as an individual contributor or with a team, experience managing multiple projects, innovative problem-solving skills, good negotiation and stakeholder management skills, organized and excellent interpersonal skills.
