Salary: £90,000 + 25% bonus + 30 days holiday + excellent corporate benefits

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Product Owner to join our team at Intec Select. As a Senior Product Owner, you will be responsible for leading the development of our digital products, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver product features and ensuring successful delivery of products and features.

Key Responsibilities
  • Understand customer and market needs and translate them into actionable product requirements.
  • Define, prioritize, and ensure clear communication of requirements to deliver product features using EPICS and user stories.
  • Work closely with the organization and SMEs to develop and execute the company's desired product technology outcomes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technology, design, customer service, and 2nd Line of Defence to ensure successful delivery of products and features.
  • Stay current on new technologies and trends and evaluate their potential impact on the company's products.
  • Provide guidance, mentorship, and coaching to the supporting teams to foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and market trends to inform the development of new products and the enhancement of existing ones.
Requirements
  • Recent domain experience in FS (preferably Banking) is a must.
  • Strong SME product knowledge of domain financial services products (payments, accounts, financial crime prevention, and savings) is a must.
  • Strong experience leading/overseeing a product function comprised of cross-functional engineers, Scrum Masters, and Business Analysts is a must.
  • Recent experience with digital product environments preferably within Azure is a must.
  • Strong capabilities in stakeholder management/managing third-party suppliers is a must.
  • Must have a strong understanding of Agile/SAFe Agile is a must.
  • Any experience of lending or savings system procedures would be fantastic.
