Operations Director & Community Minister

Oasis Community Partnership is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations Director & Community Minister to join our team at Oasis Hub Waterloo. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a vital role in shaping the strategic direction of our community work and ensuring the effective delivery of our programs.

About the Role

The Operations Director & Community Minister will be responsible for providing strategic oversight and development of our community team and church. This will include operational management, financial management, risk management, and team development. You will work closely with our Executive Director & Senior Minister to lead the leadership of Oasis Church Waterloo and focus on HR, team development, leadership, and the Hub budget/finance strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Provide strategic oversight and development of the community team and church.
  2. Operational management, including wider team systems, policies, and procedures.
  3. Financial management.
  4. Risk management.

Requirements

The successful candidate will have:

  1. Experience of leading community delivery.
  2. Experience of growing projects from the initial start-up phase through to maturity.
  3. Recent experience of working with young people and communities.
  4. Experience of strategic management within a school, statutory, voluntary, or commercial organisation.
