ROLE OVERVIEW - REGIONAL SALES EXECUTIVE:

This Regional Sales Executive will be instrumental in enhancing market share, driving volume, and executing brand activations within independent retail outlets.

· Cultivating strong partnerships with independent retailers to boost sales of nicotine-based products.

· Meeting monthly sales objectives.

· Maintaining high standards of customer service and implementing effective account management strategies.

· Taking ownership of territory planning and management.

· Promoting non-combustible categories to ensure BAT brands achieve a leading position in stores.

· Collaborating with prominent brands such as Vuse, Glo, and Velo.

ABOUT YOU:

Essential Qualifications:

· A valid, clean driving license.

· Experience in B2B or B2C sales roles.

· An outgoing and positive demeanor, with excellent communication skills to influence others.

· A strong team player who can also work independently and effectively.

· Proficient in managing time and priorities for optimal productivity.

· A determined individual with the ability to self-monitor progress towards targets.

· Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

WHAT WE PROVIDE:

· Competitive Base Salary: £37,722 (including London weighting).

· Bonus: Up to 30% annually, contingent upon achieving targets.

· Equipment: Company car, mobile device, tablet, and fuel card (for business use).

· Benefits: Comprehensive pension scheme with a 10% contribution from BAT, matching an additional 5% if you contribute 5%, share schemes, private medical insurance, and life assurance.

· Non-taxable lunch allowance of £4 per day.

· Internet allowance of £10 per month.

· Flexible Benefits allowing you to select from various options.

· 25 days of annual leave (excluding public holidays), with the option to purchase additional leave.
