About the Role

The Facilities and Procurement Administrator will play a crucial role in supporting our scientists by ensuring they have the necessary resources to conduct research in our state-of-the-art laboratories. This includes coordinating key deliveries related to the discovery of novel drug compounds.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process orders, including raising purchase orders for scientific reagents, placing orders with suppliers, sourcing, and matching delivery notes to invoices.
  • Liaise with suppliers to resolve any discrepancies or issues.
  • Manage scientific licenses, reporting, and correlation of accurate records relevant to company procedures.
  • Monitor, order, and replenish non-scientific consumables, such as stationery, provisions, and cleaning products.
  • Reconcile facilities order queries with suppliers and/or Finance.
  • Input and manage equipment maintenance records, including PAT testing and PPM.
  • Control and facilitate the archiving of company records.
  • Coordinate and receive external Facilities visitors, such as contractors, engineers, and suppliers.
