What impact will you have in this position?

This position is integral to the Global Accounts Receivable team. An Agile Transformation Leader serves as a facilitator for Engineering teams, promoting and implementing Agile methodologies to ensure the incremental delivery of prioritized tasks and value to end users. This role collaborates with the Product Owner and Engineering teams to embrace Agile principles, eliminate obstacles, and foster a culture of continuous enhancement.

  • Facilitates Agile ceremonies that enable the Engineering team to deliver value in an incremental and iterative manner.
  • Aids in the execution of Program Increments (PI) by facilitating team-level events and collaborating with the Release Train Engineer (RTE).
  • Assists the team in meeting PI objectives.
  • Supports Product Owners in backlog refinement, ensuring readiness, and defining criteria for completion.
  • Coordinates efforts across multiple teams within the Agile Release Train (ART) and RTE.
  • Monitors and provides visibility into gaps, impediments, risks, and dependencies.
  • Encourages practices for identifying, tracking, discussing, and resolving inter-team dependencies, taking ownership when necessary.
  • Organizes and manages delivery processes.
  • Collaborates with Product Owners and both core and extended teams to prioritize the product backlog.
  • Implements processes to track iteration progress, resolve issues, and eliminate barriers to ensure sprint commitments are fulfilled, escalating to leadership as needed.
  • Ensures compliance with the Technology Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) process, Agile values, principles, and practices, while actively promoting team reflection and improvement.
  • Possesses a solid understanding of technological solutions.
  • Demonstrates strong technical expertise.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technology-related field or equivalent experience is essential.
  • Up to 4 years of relevant experience with a proven track record of increasing responsibility.
  • Experience in Agile, Scrum, SAFE, or other rapid application development teams is essential.
  • Familiarity with Agile Management tools such as JIRA or Rally.
