Key Responsibilities
  1. Act as a Digital Enabler: Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for digital transformation and implement solutions that drive business value.
  2. Own the Digital Employee Experience: Ensure that all employees have access to the tools and resources they need to perform their jobs effectively, and provide support and training as needed.
  3. Leverage Data to Drive Decision-Making: Analyze data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement, and develop strategies to address these issues.
  4. Manage IT Hardware Lifecycle: Oversee the procurement, deployment, and maintenance of IT hardware and software, ensuring that all systems are up-to-date and running smoothly.
  5. Support Incident and Request Management: Collaborate with the IT service desk to resolve incidents and requests in a timely and efficient manner, and develop processes to improve the overall service experience.
  6. Drive Standard Workplace Infrastructure: Work with product teams to develop and implement standard workplace infrastructure, including global and local projects and deployments.
  7. Support Business Continuity and IT Disaster Recovery: Collaborate with the business to develop and implement business continuity and IT disaster recovery plans, ensuring that all systems and processes are in place to minimize downtime and ensure business continuity.
Requirements
  1. Lean-Agile Mindset: Demonstrate a strong understanding of lean-agile principles and practices, and apply them to drive business value and improve the employee experience.
  2. Risk Management: Manage risks progressively and in a way that leads to opportunity, ensuring that all risks are identified and mitigated.
  3. Technical Expertise: Possess a strong understanding of Roche-supported operating systems, devices, and applications, including the Google Suite of Applications, MS Office, infrastructure, and networking principles.
  4. Experience with Ticketing Systems: Have experience with ticketing systems and troubleshooting hardware, software, and mobile devices.
  5. ITIL v3 Processes: Have a solid working knowledge of the ITIL v3 processes in an IT service delivery environment.
  6. Communication Skills: Possess excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
