Android Software Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Android Software Engineer to join our team at Thrive IT Systems. As an Android Software Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and developing high-quality mobile applications that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop mobile applications using modern software development methodologies and popular Android tools.
  • Work closely with designers, product owners, QA engineers, and other engineers to develop and improve features.
  • Collaborate with the team to identify and prioritize project requirements and ensure timely delivery.
  • Develop and maintain high-quality code, following best practices and coding standards.
  • Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to improve the overall quality of the codebase.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Android technologies and trends, and apply this knowledge to improve our mobile applications.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Strong technical skills in Android development, including experience with Jetpack Compose, MVI Architecture, REST APIs, and other relevant technologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies and version control systems such as Git.
