Key Responsibilities
  1. Act as a Digital Enabler: Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for digital transformation and implement solutions that drive business value.
  2. Own the Digital Employee Experience: Ensure that all employees have access to the tools and resources they need to perform their jobs effectively, and provide support and training as needed.
  3. Leverage Data to Drive Decision-Making: Analyze data and trends to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to drive continuous improvement.
  4. Manage IT Hardware Lifecycle: Oversee the procurement, deployment, and maintenance of IT hardware and software, ensuring that all systems are up-to-date and running smoothly.
  5. Support Incident and Request Management: Manage the incident and request management processes to ensure that all issues are resolved promptly and efficiently.
  6. Drive Standard Workplace Infrastructure: Collaborate with product teams to develop and implement standard workplace infrastructure and global/local projects and deployments.
  7. Support Business Continuity and IT Disaster Recovery: Develop and implement business continuity and IT disaster recovery plans to ensure that the company can recover quickly in the event of an outage or disaster.
Requirements
  1. Lean-Agile Mindset: Possess a strong understanding of lean-agile principles and be able to apply them in a fast-paced IT environment.
  2. Risk Management: Be able to manage risks progressively and in a way that leads to opportunity.
  3. Technical Skills: Have a strong understanding of Roche-supported operating systems, devices, and applications, including the Google Suite of Applications, MS Office, Infrastructure, and Networking principles.
  4. Experience with Ticketing Systems: Have experience with ticketing systems and troubleshooting hardware, software, and mobile devices.
  5. ITIL v3 Processes: Have a solid working knowledge of the ITIL v3 processes in an IT service delivery environment.
  6. Communication Skills: Possess excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
