Role Overview:

We are in search of a Finance Operations Manager to join our Volkswagen dealership in Coulsdon. This role is pivotal in ensuring positive customer experiences through the sale of finance, insurance, warranties, and additional products.

Reporting directly to the Sales Manager, this full-time, permanent position presents an excellent opportunity for seasoned automotive sales professionals aiming to advance their careers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise the sale of vehicles along with finance and insurance products, ensuring adherence to Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) regulations.
  • Provide expert advice and support to Sales Executives, balancing customer satisfaction with sales objectives.
  • Assist in finalizing vehicle sales and evaluating part exchanges.
  • Prepare monthly reports detailing finance and insurance sales performance.
  • Enhance the skills of the Sales Executive team through training in finance and insurance.

Candidate Profile:

  • Prior experience as a Transaction or Business Manager, or in a Sales Executive or Sales Controller role.
  • Able to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Possess a professional demeanor with the capability to mentor colleagues.
  • Strong attention to detail and compliance standards.
  • A collaborative team player who can take initiative and manage multiple tasks.
  • Exceptional customer relationship management skills.
