Role Overview:

We are in search of a Finance Operations Manager to enhance our Audi dealership in Bexley, ensuring optimal customer outcomes in the sale of financing, insurance, warranties, and supplementary products.

Reporting directly to the Sales Manager, this full-time, permanent position presents an excellent opportunity for seasoned automotive sales professionals aiming to advance their careers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the sale of vehicles, financing, and insurance products while ensuring adherence to Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) regulations.
  • Provide strategic advice and support to a team of Sales Executives, balancing customer satisfaction with sales performance.
  • Assist in finalizing vehicle sales and appraising trade-ins.
  • Prepare monthly reports on finance and insurance sales metrics.
  • Enhance the skills of the Sales Executive team through training in finance and insurance.

Candidate Profile:

  • Previous experience as a Transaction or Business Manager within a franchise environment, or a background in Sales Executive or Sales Controller roles.
  • Able to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Professional demeanor with a capacity to mentor colleagues.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and compliance.
  • A collaborative team player who can take initiative and manage multiple tasks.
  • Exceptional customer relationship management skills.
