Role Overview:
We are on the lookout for a Finance Operations Manager to join our Nissan dealership in Cambridge. This role is pivotal in ensuring positive customer experiences through the sale of financing options, insurance, warranties, and supplementary products.
Reporting directly to the Sales Manager, this full-time, permanent position is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned automotive sales professional aiming to advance their career.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the sale of vehicles, financing, and insurance products, ensuring adherence to Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) regulations.
- Provide strategic advice and support to Sales Executives, balancing the need for positive customer outcomes with sales performance.
- Assist in finalizing vehicle sales and evaluating trade-in values.
- Prepare monthly reports on finance and insurance sales metrics.
- Enhance the skills of the Sales Executive team through training in finance and insurance.
Candidate Profile:
- Previous experience in a Franchise setting as a Transaction or Business Manager, or in a Sales Executive or Sales Controller role.
- Able to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Possess a professional demeanor with the capability to mentor colleagues.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to compliance.
- A collaborative team player with the ability to take initiative and manage multiple tasks.
