We are pleased to announce an opportunity within the community facilities team for a Senior Office Support Specialist. This role is essential in managing the administrative tasks associated with bookings across North Lanarkshire's community facilities and educational establishments.

The ideal candidate will be a proactive, dedicated, and dependable individual, ready to assist in leading our team to provide exceptional customer service to the community. Key responsibilities will include task coordination, customer relations, and delivering comprehensive administrative and clerical support to the office manager, management team, and users of the facilities.

Candidates must possess prior experience in an administrative or clerical capacity, along with familiarity with specialized booking systems. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and strong keyboard skills are essential. Experience in supervising staff is advantageous. A background in processing orders, invoices, and handling personal information is crucial.

You should demonstrate outstanding organizational, administrative, and communication skills, with the ability to work independently. A flexible work approach and exceptional customer service abilities are required.
