Fashion Buying Assistant

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Fashion Buying Assistant to provide administrative support to our Buying/Design team at Sosandar, a leading online fashion brand for chic and stylish women.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the critical path/monthly boards to ensure the smooth running of the fashion buying cycle.
- Coordinate the delivery of products, including tracking quantity adjustments and price amendments in our system.
- Prepare fit rails in advance of fit sessions and chase outstanding samples on a weekly basis.
- Update the buying team on sample status and provide administrative support for marketing, press, and online initiatives.
- Create fashion trend boards for buying meetings and assist with sample management tasks.
- Support the Buying/Design team in administrative tasks and demonstrate a willingness to progress within the fashion buying industry.
