Position Summary:

Reports to: Line Operations Manager Working Hours: 12-hour continental shifts, following a 4 on / 4 off schedule that includes weekends and bank holidays. Main Accountability: To uphold a safe, healthy, and hygienic workplace by ensuring compliance with safety and housekeeping standards as outlined in The Health & Safety At Work Act 1974 and other relevant legislation or PepsiCo internal standards.

Responsibilities

Roles & Responsibilities:


• Possess comprehensive knowledge of the area regarding line layout, bin routes, and proper placement of raw materials and line consumables.
• Adhere to business safety and quality standards.
• Perform sanitation duties as required by business needs.
• Manage waste, including the segregation and disposal of waste using appropriate streams.
• Engage in manual packing, stacking, and pallet distribution. The above responsibilities are not exhaustive, and additional General Support Operative duties may be assigned as needed.
