Salary: £11.94 per hour

Working hours: 42.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 08:30 AM to 17:30 PM

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Trainee Dispensing Assistant to join our team at Pharmacy2U Ltd. As a Trainee Dispensing Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our dispensary, working closely with our clinical team to provide excellent patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Dispense all prescriptions daily with accuracy and efficiency
  • Support the clinical team in maintaining high standards of patient care
  • Adhere to dispensary operations procedures to ensure compliance and quality
  • Meet targets for dispensing quality and accuracy, contributing to the success of our pharmacy
  • Take ownership of prescription labelling and ensure accurate and timely completion
  • Collaborate with key teams across the business to achieve shared goals
  • Contribute to maintaining a positive and productive workplace environment

Requirements:

  • IT literacy with intermediate Excel skills
  • Proactive and driven individual with a strong work ethic
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and organizational skills
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • GCSE Maths and English Grade C or above
