Key Responsibilities- Ensure all prescriptions received are accurately dispensed daily
- Support the clinical team with day-to-day activities, including maintaining high standards of dispensing quality and accuracy
- Comply with all legal, ethical, professional, and company requirements
- Meet set targets for individuals and teams to meet business targets in a high-volume environment
- Take ownership of prescription labelling and accuracy
- Work collaboratively with key teams across the business, including customer service, purchasing, operations, and pharmacists
- Maintain a fun, relaxed, and friendly work environment
- IT literate with intermediate Excel skills
- Demonstrate drive, initiative, and proactivity in the role
- Proven ability to work both as part of a bigger team and individually

- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Display high levels of accuracy
- GCSE (or equivalent) Maths and English Grade C or above
