Roxwell Talent is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Human Resources Advisor to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a critical role in providing a comprehensive and effective HR service to our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Employee Relations: Oversee employee relations, including complex conflict resolution and disciplinary/grievance procedures.
- HR Service Delivery: Support HR in the provision of a comprehensive and effective HR service for the firm.
- Professional Development: Demonstrate strong professional credibility and build on-going relationships as a trusted advisor with managers and leaders.
- Core People Processes: Drive core people processes such as ownership of parental leave, probation and performance reviews.
- Coaching and Influencing: Coach, challenge and influence managers, providing advice and recommendations on all people-related issues.
- Communication and Collaboration: Work closely with the People and Reward Manager and HR Business Partners to ensure clear communication, alignment and consistency of approach.
- Employee Engagement: Deal with first and second-level queries from employees regarding general HR and benefits.
- Reporting and Compliance: Produce reports and management information from the HR Management System and other sources. Ensure compliance with employment legislation and company policies.
- Continuous Improvement: Participate in the continuous improvement of HR processes and procedures.
Requirements:
- Proven and significant experience of Advisor level work ideally within a confidential professional services environment.
- CIPD level 5/degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of UK employment legislation and HR best practices.
- A solution-focused approach to conflict resolution.
- Proficiency in HR management systems.
- A proactive approach to employee engagement and wellbeing.
- Proven ability to plan and implement projects/initiatives.
- Analytical skills: to quickly evaluate data/situations and reach conclusions.
- Excellent relationship building and influencing skills.
- Ability to work with appropriate attention to detail and high standards, whilst still working at pace.
