HR Advisor Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join our team at THE CHARALLE GROUP. As an HR Advisor, you will play a key role in providing professional advice and guidance to partners and managers on all human resources issues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Employee Relations: Manage employee relations, including discipline, grievance, performance management, absence management, restructures, and employment termination.
  • Employment Legislation: Apply employment legislation to avoid potential litigation and ensure compliance with firm policies and contractual terms.
  • HR Projects: Collaborate with the HR team to implement new initiatives and changes, and support the development of HR projects.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build effective relationships with internal stakeholders, including partners and managers, and provide guidance on HR-related matters.
  • HR Systems: Support the implementation of self-service HR systems and ensure seamless transactional HR activities.
Requirements:
  • HR Experience: Proven experience as an HR generalist, with a good understanding of employment legislation and direct experience of advising on performance, disciplinary, grievance, absence management, and employee relations issues.
  • Stakeholder Management: Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with internal stakeholders.
  • CIPD Qualification: Part or full CIPD qualification is desirable.
