Position: Special Needs Support Assistant

Overview: An exciting opportunity has emerged for a dedicated Special Needs Support Assistant within an educational institution.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Provide individualized support to students with diverse educational requirements, including but not limited to ASD, ADHD, SEMH, and Moderate Learning Difficulties.
  • Assist the classroom teacher with student assessments and observations.
  • Engage in one-on-one interactions with students who need extra assistance.

Candidate Requirements:

  • A minimum of one year’s experience working with children and young individuals with special educational needs is essential.
  • A compassionate and nurturing approach to supporting students is crucial.
