Special Needs Support Assistant

Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Special Needs Support Assistant to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals who have a strong background in supporting children with Autism and other additional needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide one-on-one support to students with additional needs, ensuring their inclusion in classroom activities.
- Collaborate with teachers to develop and implement tailored learning strategies.
- Foster a positive and engaging learning environment that meets the individual needs of each child.
Qualifications:
- Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent.
- Proven experience working with children who have additional needs, preferably in a primary school setting.
- Current and clean DBS check on the update service.
Personal Attributes:
- A genuine passion for supporting children and enhancing their educational experience.
- Ability to inspire and motivate students.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
