Position Overview

Balfour Beatty Living Places is seeking a skilled Operations Administrator to support a dedicated team of Permit Compliance Officers. This role is designed to enhance our operational efficiency and contribute to our ongoing projects.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, your daily tasks will include:

  • Assisting with the formulation and oversight of legal orders related to Temporary Traffic Restrictions.
  • Aiding in the preparation and management of Section 50 Private Streetworks Licences.
  • Coordinating invoice requests and monitoring payment processes.
  • Creating detailed maps to illustrate the scope of work, traffic restrictions, and diversion routes.
  • Providing general administrative support as needed.

Essential qualifications and skills include:

  • Strong administrative capabilities.
  • A proactive mindset with innovative problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel.
  • Excellent communication abilities.
