About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Nuffield Health Hospital in Hereford. As a key member of our ward administration team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our healthcare professionals, ensuring the smooth operation of our ward.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases
Provide administrative support to healthcare professionals, including minute taking and diary management
Handle enquiries and general queries from patients, families, and healthcare professionals
Utilize strong IT and keyboard skills to maintain databases and perform administrative tasks
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and database management
Previous experience in a healthcare administration role, preferably in a hospital setting
