About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Healthcare Assistant to join our team at Nuffield Health in Hereford. As a key member of our ward team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and supporting our colleagues in providing the highest standards of care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the ward team, ensuring accurate and timely completion of tasks
  • Assist with patient care, including vital signs, medication administration, and personal care
  • Develop strong relationships with patients, families, and colleagues, promoting a positive and supportive environment
  • Contribute to the maintenance of a clean and safe working environment, adhering to infection control policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery and effective communication

Requirements
