**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Curriculum Delivery:** Lead and deliver lessons in the absence of the classroom teacher, ensuring the continued progress and engagement of students.
- **Support and Differentiation:** Provide targeted support to individuals and groups of students, adapting teaching methods to meet diverse learning needs.
- **Collaboration:** Work closely with teachers and school leaders to contribute to the planning and development of curriculum activities.
- **Assessment and Reporting:** Assist in the assessment of student progress, providing valuable insights and feedback to contribute to ongoing improvement.
- **Behavioral Support:** Implement positive behavior management strategies, fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- **Professional Development:** Engage in continuous professional development, staying informed about best practices and educational innovations.
**Requirements:**
- Qualified as HLTA or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience as a Teaching Assistant, with a demonstrated ability to lead lessons and support diverse learning needs.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, students, and parents.
- Initiative, adaptability, and a genuine passion for contributing to the educational success of students.
- Relevant qualifications or training in education or a related field.
