About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Paid Media Specialist to join our team at Gilchrist Recruitment Partnership Ltd. As a Paid Media Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing effective paid media strategies for our clients across various digital channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the development and delivery of paid media strategies for e-commerce and lead generation focused clients.
  • Build and launch campaigns across paid channels, conducting keyword research, audience analysis, and drafting engaging ad copy.
  • Manage budgets across paid channels, adjusting spend allocation according to client priorities while ensuring accounts remain within budget.
  • Audit paid channel accounts and conduct competitor analyses to identify new opportunities to drive performance.
  • Produce monthly reports for key client accounts, providing context to demonstrated performance.
  • Engage with clients to discuss performance and opportunities to grow their accounts.
  • Support the training and development of junior team members.
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of experience with paid media channels, preferably with a strong background in paid search.
  • Ability to work independently and proactively think ahead.
  • Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize workload.
  • Data-driven mindset with ability to draw actionable insights from large datasets.
  • Strong work ethic and attitude with a focus on delivering high-quality work.
