Exciting Opportunity for a Clinical Psychologist

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Psychologist to join our Community Mental Health (CMH) Team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality mental health care for adults and older adults.

About the Role

This new post will have significant input to the service improvement work being undertaken as part of the Mental Health Transformation. You will take a clinical leadership role in the coordination and implementation of psychological care, ensuring the systematic provision of a high-quality specialist psychological therapies service for patients and their families/carers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical leadership and coordination of psychological care
  • Develop and implement service improvement initiatives
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality care
  • Ensure the provision of a high-quality specialist psychological therapies service
Requirements

We are looking for an enthusiastic and compassionate leader who is passionate about working with older adults and thrives in a multi-disciplinary environment. You will have post-graduate doctoral level training in clinical psychology, including models of understanding human problems, clinical psychometrics, and neuropsychology. You will also have post-doctoral training in one or more additional specialized areas of psychological practice.
