About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Support Administrator to join our team at Impression Recruitment Limited. As a Sales Support Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting our sales team in their daily activities, ensuring the smooth operation of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct market research to gain valuable insights on competitors and their strategies.
  • Update and maintain competitor analysis maps to help inform our sales approach.
  • Provide key information on internal data as well as external data to support business decisions.
  • Work closely with the sales team to discuss feedback from clients and improve our approach.
  • Provide administrative support to various teams, including procurement, sales, and finance.
  • Form strong relationships with colleagues, external suppliers, and clients.
  • Manage and maintain general inboxes and ensure timely responses to queries.
Requirements
  • A financial and analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Strong IT skills, particularly with Microsoft Excel, to manage and analyze data.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with colleagues and clients.
  • Ability to work on own initiative as well as collaborating with colleagues to achieve team goals.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • A positive, can-do attitude, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new situations.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of £26,000 - £28,000 per annum, a hybrid working model of 3 days in the office and 2 from home, and a generous holiday entitlement of 25 days plus bank holidays. You will also be entitled to perks and benefits, including exclusive retail discounts, paid charity days, life insurance, and pension.
