Territory Sales Executive (Individual Contributor)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Engagement: Regularly engage with potential and existing mid-market clients to understand their requirements, present payment solutions, and finalize sales.
  • Lead Development: Cultivate leads through self-sourcing, referrals, and establishing a network of introducers.
  • Schedule Management: Organize your schedule, plan daily client meetings, and ensure optimal use of time.
  • Prospecting: Utilize cold calling and other proactive techniques to generate new leads and set up meetings.
  • Market Research: Perform comprehensive market research to identify trends, assess competition, and uncover potential growth opportunities.
  • Sales Planning: Collaborate with the sales team to formulate and implement effective sales strategies tailored to the regional market.
  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and sustain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
  • Industry Networking: Participate in industry events to broaden your network and stay informed about industry developments.
  • Continuous Learning: Engage in ongoing professional development to enhance skills and maintain competitiveness.
  • Sales Performance: Consistently achieve and surpass monthly and quarterly sales objectives.
  • Performance Reporting: Provide regular updates on sales activities, pipeline status, and overall performance metrics.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Base Salary: Up to £65,000 per annum, based on experience.
  • On-Target Earnings (OTE): Uncapped, contingent on performance.
  • Vehicle Allowance/Company Vehicle: Option to select between a vehicle allowance or a company vehicle to facilitate travel needs.
