Child Care Professional

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Child Care Professional to join our team at Exceptional Care. As a Residential Child Care Worker, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to vulnerable young people with complex needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide a high standard of care and support to young people with challenging behavior and emotional behavioral difficulties.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with young people, their families, and external agencies.
- Contribute to a stable and loving environment, promoting positive outcomes and learning experiences for each young person.
- Work collaboratively with the team to ensure the needs of each young person are met.
Requirements:
- Level 3 or 4 Children and Young People's Workforce qualification or equivalent.
- At least 6-12 months of experience working in a children's residential setting.
- Full UK manual driving license (preferred).
