The Role: Residential Child Care Worker

As a Residential Child Care Worker, you will play a vital role in providing compassionate and effective care to our residents. You will be responsible for creating a safe and supportive environment, assisting with daily living activities, and implementing individualized care plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct care and supervision to children, ensuring their safety and well-being.
  • Assist with personal hygiene, meal preparation, and other daily living tasks.
  • Implement behavior management strategies as outlined in individual care plans.
  • Engage in therapeutic activities and support groups.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation.
