Dove & Hawk Property Recruitment is seeking a highly driven and organized Block Management Administrator to join their growing Block Management department. As a key member of the team, you will provide administrative support in managing a portfolio of prestigious residential leasehold blocks in prime central London.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support: Provide day-to-day administrative support to the block management team, including organizing routine and reactive maintenance, regular site visits, and site inspection reports.
- Health and Safety: Diarise and implement routine health and safety and fire risk assessments, and assist the block managers to action remedial measures.
- Communication: Liaise and communicate with leaseholders, clients, and directors, ensuring effective communication and resolution of issues.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, working with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Blocks Online software system.
Requirements:
- Experience: At least 2-3 years' experience working for a block manager as an administrator.
- Health and Safety: Good understanding of health & safety regulations.
- Team Player: Excellent team player with a proactive and highly confident approach.
Working Hours: Office-based, Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm.
