About the Role

Merrifield Consultants is partnering with Cherry Trees, a charity providing home-from-home care for children with complex disabilities and support for their families. We are seeking an experienced Community and Events Fundraiser to join their team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a successful community and events fundraising program
  • Build and maintain relationships with corporate partners, community groups, and individuals
  • Plan and deliver events that engage supporters and raise funds for the charity
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of fundraising activities
Requirements
  • Proven experience in community and events fundraising
  • Strong communication and event marketing skills
  • Understanding of fundraising regulations and health and safety requirements
  • Experience with CRM systems and data analysis
About Cherry Trees

Cherry Trees provides a lifeline for families through its home-from-home care and wrap-around support. Last year, the charity supported 70 children from 63 families through 52,750 hours of care. They also ran activity days, hosted parent/carer wellbeing days, and provided financial grants through their Welfare Fund.
