We are seeking a highly skilled Sr Employee Relations Advisor to join our team at Macmillan Davies for a period of up to 6 months. This role will be based in West London, with a flexible schedule that includes 3 days of on-site work and 2 days of remote work.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Provide expert advice and support to employees, managers, and HR on a broad range of Employee Relations (ER) issues, including performance management, internal investigations, disciplinary actions, and terminations.
  • Offer guidance on ER policies and practices, as well as provide insight and interpretation on relevant employment principles and complex ER issues.
  • Assist in reviewing, revising, and recommending ER policies for the company.

**Requirements**

  • Fluency in French is required for this role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to provide clear and concise advice.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees, managers, and HR.
