As a Quality Assurance Coordinator, your primary responsibility will be to oversee an external platform that contains all relevant product data. We seek an individual who can operate autonomously with precision in a dynamic environment, tackle challenges effectively, and communicate confidently. This role is essential in supporting the Buying, Regional, and Quality teams. A collaborative spirit will help you integrate seamlessly into the Aldi culture.

You will be expected to proactively manage your designated responsibilities and contribute to the development and upkeep of Quality Management Systems. Your input will be vital in refining operational processes, procedures, and documentation to enhance efficiency—an essential principle at Aldi.

As a valued member of our high-performing Quality Assurance team, you will gain experience by providing coverage for other team members as needed.

Your Responsibilities

  • Provide thorough and professional assistance to the Quality Assurance team
  • Input data into Quality Management Systems
  • Perform general administrative tasks, including document preparation and organization
  • Ensure that all manual and digital processes and procedures are accurate and current
  • Assist the Quality Assurance and Buying teams in project management
  • Address issues and implement solutions through root cause analysis
  • Maintain a courteous and professional demeanor in all internal and external communications
  • Offer support to colleagues as required

Candidate Profile

  • Experience in data management
  • Strong administrative background
  • Prior experience with quality management systems
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Confident, professional, and articulate communication skills
  • Ability to remain composed under pressure
  • Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively
  • Skilled in prioritizing tasks and meeting strict deadlines
  • Adept at problem-solving and implementing effective solutions
  • Strong organizational abilities

  • Competitive salary starting at £25,100, increasing to £30,875
  • Standard working hours from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with the option for remote work two days a week
