Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Quality Policies: Create and implement quality policies and procedures to maintain high standards, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and certifications.
  • Set Quality Targets and Strategies: Set product quality targets and operational strategies that align with business objectives, driving long-term quality improvement plans and promoting continuous improvement.
  • Lead Quality Improvement Initiatives: Analyze data and KPIs to identify areas for improvement in quality, customer satisfaction, and internal performance, implementing corrective actions and monitoring their effectiveness.
  • Ensure Regulatory Compliance: Maintain our RoSPA Gold Award status and uphold ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
  • Collaborate with Technical Department: Collaborate with the Technical department to align product quality with customer expectations, developing risk management plans to ensure product reliability.
  • Mentor and Develop Quality Team: Mentor and develop a team of quality assurance and HSE professionals, setting objectives and providing training where necessary, guiding and supporting on compliance matters, including legislative and HSE updates.

Requirements
  • NEBOSH Certificate/Diploma: NEBOSH Certificate/Diploma
  • Quality Tools and Standards: Proven experience using quality tools such as 8D, FMEA, Ishikawa, Root Cause Analysis, Kaizen, Six Sigma, and 5Y, in-depth knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards.
