- Recruitment Support: Aid the recruitment team with local attraction and recruitment activities, helping to build a strong pipeline of candidates.
- New Starter Onboarding: Handle the induction, onboarding, and engagement of new starters, ensuring a seamless transition into the team.
- HR Support: Provide HR support for issue management and formal case management, maintaining a high level of confidentiality and discretion.
- Reporting and Meetings: Complete necessary reporting and participate in meetings and briefings, providing regular updates on key performance indicators.
- Training and Compliance: Maintain training and systems records, ensuring compliance with all relevant policies, processes, and systems.

- Previous Experience: Previous recruitment experience in similar onsite customer-facing roles is highly desirable.
