Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Manager to join our team. As a Quality Assurance Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products and services meet the highest quality standards, in line with customer expectations and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement quality policies and procedures to maintain high standards
- Set product quality targets and operational strategies that align with business objectives
- Drive long-term quality improvement plans and promote continuous improvement
- Analyse data and KPIs to identify areas for improvement in quality, customer satisfaction, and internal performance
- Conduct internal audits and inspections to ensure adherence to quality standards
- Lead customer complaint investigations and implement resolutions
- Collaborate with the Technical department to align product quality with customer expectations
- Develop risk management plans to ensure product reliability
- Mentor and develop a team of quality assurance and HSE professionals, setting objectives and providing training where necessary
