Role Overview

In the capacity of an HR Business Partner, you will work closely with multiple departments. Your role will encompass both operational and strategic HR functions, overseeing a variety of tasks from employee relations to project management. This position demands a self-assured professional capable of effectively partnering with senior leaders and driving HR initiatives that align with organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  1. General HR Functions: Offer practical HR guidance and support to employees, managers, and executives. Oversee employee relations, disciplinary actions, capability assessments, and grievance procedures.
  2. Talent Acquisition and Onboarding: Assist the Recruitment Coordinator with contracts, onboarding, role transitions, and exit paperwork. Ensure precise and timely payroll processing.
  3. Training and Development: Collaborate with the broader People & Culture team and Learning and Development Manager to facilitate training sessions for staff and provide ongoing support as needed.
  4. Project Management: Spearhead and support cross-departmental projects aimed at enhancing workforce capabilities and executing effective HR strategies.
  5. Policy Development and Compliance: Draft and revise HR policies, ensuring adherence to employment legislation and best practices.
Ideal Candidate Profile

The preferred candidate should possess substantial experience in a generalist HR role, with a keen interest in advancing their career. A CIPD Level 5 qualification or its equivalent is essential. The successful applicant should exhibit a positive and proactive attitude, demonstrating meticulous attention to detail, the ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively, and the capacity to manage a diverse workload efficiently.
