Job Title: Training Officer - HR Specialist

Search Consultancy is currently working with an Edinburgh-based client in the housing services sector to recruit an experienced Training Officer who will be responsible for the design and delivery of training across the business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and deliver training modules and courses, initially with a focus on HR policies and processes.
  • Deliver training across the business in a staged group format, ensuring all staff receive the training.
  • Create a training course for line managers and deliver it.
  • Review the company's training courses to ensure they are relevant and fit for purpose.
  • Perform various other L&D/HR duties as required.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in an L&D or Training role, or an HR role with a Training element.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Solid IT skills, including the full MS Office suite.

Please note that only applicants with the required skills and experience will be considered for this role.
